What to include in your RFQ
- Product category and target SKU list, such as serum, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel or care sets.
- Target quantity, destination country, packaging reference, bottle capacity and sample deadline.
- Formula direction, active ingredient preference, fragrance direction and restricted wording if any.
- Required documents such as MSDS, COA, GMP or ISO 22716 certificate information for supplier review.
Sample request
For sample-first projects, share the product type, preferred capacity, courier country and whether you need standard or custom samples.
Multi-SKU project
For catalog or distributor projects, send one grouped SKU list so skincare, hair care, body care and personal care items can be quoted together.
