Information we collect
When a buyer submits an inquiry, we may collect product interest, quantity, destination country, email or WhatsApp contact, requirement details, page URL, and basic technical information such as user agent and referrer.
We may also record visit path, landing page, referrer, and UTM parameters to understand B2B traffic sources and improve the website. Anonymous visitor and session identifiers may be used to connect page views, product clicks, RFQ actions, and inquiry submissions inside the private operating system.
We may record conversion events such as RFQ modal opens, successful inquiry submissions, sample request submissions, and WhatsApp clicks so the sales team can understand which pages and products generate buyer interest.
When the product assistant is used, we process the questions and recent conversation context to provide answers grounded in King Metis company and product information. If an AI service is configured, this text may be sent to that service to generate the response. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, confidential formulas, or other sensitive information in the assistant.
The website may store first landing page, first referrer, first seen time, and UTM parameters in the browser so the same source context can be attached to an inquiry form.
If optional website or advertising measurement is configured, it remains disabled until you accept measurement choices. With consent, the configured measurement provider may receive page views, RFQ success events, sample requests, WhatsApp clicks, and advertising click identifiers. You can reopen Privacy choices and withdraw consent at any time.
How we use information
Information is used to reply to RFQs, prepare sample or bulk quotation discussions, understand buyer requirements, improve product pages, and evaluate marketing source quality.
Sharing and storage
Inquiry records may be stored in the secure website system and, if configured, forwarded to a private CRM or workflow system. We do not sell buyer inquiry information.
